Born in Russia, Dr. Josef attended dental school in Israel, before moving to California and passing his Boards in 1990.

Today, he enjoys the serene, family-friendly community of Ridgecrest. He looks forward to treating each and every patient that walks through his door. To better serve your needs, he is dedicated to continuing education and is an active member of many local, state and national dental organizations. Dr. Josef and his friendly, highly trained staff welcome you to the office and promise to provide you with expert dental care.
